Rücker ran maintenance across three separate systems: one for maintenance, a second for planning and managing repairs, and an Excel sheet to track it all. They wanted one place to look.

Facterra has been managing industrial assets since 2017: dirty equipment, poor connectivity, and technicians who don't want another app.
The asset model doesn't care what the asset makes. A string inverter on a PM schedule, under warranty, with an owner who wants proof of service, is the same shape of problem as a homogeniser in a dairy. The differences are that the site is unmanned and the technician is a subcontractor.
